四、 课程介绍
太极拳,是综合了历代各家拳法,结合了古代的导引术和吐纳术,吸取了古典哲学和传统的中医理论而形成的一种内外兼练、柔和、缓慢、轻灵的拳术。太极拳在长期的流传过程中形成了多种流派,现中国六大太极拳流派中,河北邯郸杨氏太极拳、武氏太极拳是在河南焦作陈氏太极拳的基础上发展创编的,北京吴式太极拳是在杨氏太极拳基础上形成,河北保定孙氏太极拳源于武氏太极拳。故多认为陈氏太极拳为中国太极拳的最早雏形,但仍存在部分争议。
24式太极拳也叫简化太极拳,是原国家体育运动委员会(现为国家体育总局)于1956年组织太极拳专家从杨式太极拳架中择取20多个不同姿势动作编串而成的。整个套路虽然只有24个动作,但相比传统的太极拳套路来讲,其内容更精炼,动作更规范了,并且也能充分体现出太极拳的运动特点。
24式太极拳从太极文化的角度看,不仅是一门拳术,而且是一门高雅的艺术,是人们追求的一种重要修为方式,它气势高雅,宽松柔和,含蓄大气,舒展圆活,中正平稳,行如流水,老少皆宜,人人可练。从24式太极拳的学练入手,有利于人们对太极拳健身的了解和对太极文化的基本认识。24式太极拳套路动作少,只要按照循序渐进,务实求精的正确行拳方式和悟拳方法,易于上手,入门也快。24式太极拳在编排设计思路上由简到繁,由易到难,多角度,全方位使身体得到更好的锻炼和运动,同时24式太极拳演练的时间短,运动强度小,占时少,收效大。24式太极拳虽然动作少,套路小,但很完整,行拳走架光彩照人,人拳交融,拳人合一,充满神韵,是一种极美的享受,不逊于大套路的健身运动作用。
太极拳是我国传统的体育保健疗法之一,太极拳的动作轻松柔和、圆和自然、连贯协调,具有一定的保健和医疗价值,是延年益寿、防病治病、促使康复的一种有效手段。
五、课程目标
1. 了解中国武术基本常识,基本技术及中国传统武术文化。
2. 了解太极养生文化,学会二十四式简化太极拳。
3. 通过体育课上锻炼,改善心肺功能,全面提高身体运动能力。

2.评分标准
2.1出勤及学习态度
课堂表现(10%):积极主动性、协调与配合性、带头作用、服装要求等。
出勤情况(10%):旷课、迟到、早退、事假。(迟到一次扣三分,旷课扣五分)
2.2 技术部分
A、太极拳:80分
优秀90分以上(72分以上):动作规范熟练,体松心静、精神饱满、虚实分明, 连绵不断,速度均匀(练习时间控制在4′30″到5′之间)。
良好80-90分(64-72分):动作规范正确,精神较饱满,虚实分明,速度较均匀
中等70-79分(56-63分):动作基本正确,套路比较熟练,有个别动作停顿
及格60-69分(48-55分):能完成套路,注意力集中,有停顿或小错
不及格60分以下(48分以下):不能完成套路,注意力不集中或有大的错误
2.3学习态度(满分20分)
课堂表现(10%):依据学生上课中的积极主动性、协调与配合性、带头作用、服装要求等给予评分。
出勤情况(10%):依据学生名册所记录的旷课、迟到、早退、事假情况给予评分。

四、Course Introduction
TAIJIQUAN is a kind of boxing technique that combines ancient teaching methods and voicing techniques, and absorbs classical philosophy with traditional Chinese medicine theory to form a kind of internal and external training, gentle, slow and light. TAIJIQUAN has formed a variety of genres in the long-term circulation process. Among the six TAIJIQUAN genres in China, Yang’s TAIJIQUAN, and Wu’s TAIJIQUAN in Handan, Hebei were developed based on the Chen’s TAIJIQUAN in Jiaozuo, Henan. Wu’s TAIJIQUAN in Beijing was formed based on Yang's TAIJIQUAN. Sushi’s TAIJIQUAN in Baoding, Hebei originated from Wu’s TAIJIQUAN. So that, Chen’s TAIJIQUAN is considered to be the earliest prototype of Chinese TAIJIQUAN, but there is still some controversy.
Type 24 TAIJIQUAN, also called as simplified TAIJIQUAN, was originally organized by the national sports commission (now the general administration of sport of China) in 1956 TAIJIQUAN experts to select more than 20 different postures and movements from the Yang’s TAIJIQUAN frame and made them into a series. Although there are only 24 movements in the whole set, compared with the traditional TAIJIQUAN, its content is more concise and the movements are more standard, and it can also fully reflect the TAIJIQUAN’s sports feature.
From the perspective of TAIJI culture, 24 types TAIJIQUAN are not only a boxing skill, but also an elegant art. It is an important way of practice that people pursue. It is elegant momentum, loose and soft, implicit and magnificent, stretch and flexibility, fair and stable, such as water, suitable for all ages, everyone can practice. The study and practice of 24 types of TAIJIQUAN is beneficial to people's understanding of TAIJIQUAN fitness and basic knowing of TAIJIQUAN culture. The 24 types TAIJIQUAN routines have fewer movements. As long as it is step by step, pragmatic and correct, the correct way of punching and the method of enlightenment are easy to get started and quick to get started. 24 types TAIJIQUAN in the layout design ideas from simple to complex, from easy to difficult, multi-angle, all-round body to get better exercise and exercise, at the same time, the 24 types TAIJIQUAN exercise time is short, exercise intensity is small, taking up time Less, the effect is great. TAIJIQUAN is one of the traditional sports health care therapies in China. The types of TAIJIQUAN are relaxed, soft, round and natural, coherent and coordinated, and have certain health and medical value. It is an effective method to prolong life, prevent disease and cure diseases, and promote rehabilitation.

1 To know the basic common sense, basic skill and traditional marital culture of Chinese martial.
2 To know the culture of health preserving of Taichi and learn the 24-styles Taichi.
3 Improve the cardiopulmonary function and the movement ability of body through training.

2 Scoring Criteria
2.1 Attendance and Attitude
Course Performance (10%): Initiative, coordination and coordination, leading role, clothing requirements and others.

2.2 Technology Part
Taichi: 80 scores
Excellency Higher than 90 (72 and above): The actions are regulatory and skillful. Body is loose and the mind is quite with full sprite. There is distinction between the deficiency and excess. It is continous with symmetrical speed. (The training time should be between 4′30″ to 5′.)
Good 80-90 (64-72): The actions are regulatory and correct. It is in relative full sprite. There is distinction between the deficiency and excess and the speed is symmetrical.
Medium 70-79 (56-63): The actions are basically correct and there is relatively familiar with routine. There are suspensions in some actions.
Qualified 60-69 (48-55): The routine could be completed and there is full attention. There is suspension or minor mistake.
Failed 60 and below (48 and below): The routine could not be completed. There is no attention or there are major mistake.
